Welcome to my blog!

I feel that somehow I should be writing something dramatic here as this is the first post of what I hope to be a very in-depth journal of my life as a social anxiety sufferer. However, one of my first steps to recovery is to ditch my obsession with perfectionism. So, however this page looks, that’s what you get. ;)

I will try to post to relevant categories so that this site has some sort of structure. The categories will be listed on the right hand menu of the web page. The site is in blog format so that my most recent posts will appear on the homepage regardless of what category I place them in.

I hope my writing and style are adequate and that I am able to express things in a clear and concise form – although I may ramble on sometimes.

I intend to post on a daily basis.

    Just found your site, and congratulate you on a well-organized and respectful forum. I do not suffer from SAD, though I have experienced components of the whole during parts of my life. I do have a close friend who seems to have SAD though, and I am here to be educated in the theoretical and practical aspects of this ‘disorder’. Thanks for bravely sharing your experiences with me/us.
